I've also got this deal from Agoda. After booking a suite for 3 nights at Krasnapolsky, I contacted to the hotel in order to reconfirm my booking. Here is the reply:
First of all we are happy to hear that you have booked a suite at our hotel.
Unfortunately there was a mistake by agoda and the booking didn’t come true.
Please contact agoda for more information.

I'm not sure who, in this case, is responsible to this mistake, Agoda, NH, or me ???
My booking is non-refundable and I have sent Agoda an email about this issue. Waiting to see how will they deal with this.
