I flew Bangkok Air for the first time this week (USM to BKK) and was blown away by what a great airline this is. I was expecting more of the nickel-and-dime routine I have gotten used to from Air Asia, (they seriously insisted on weighing my fiancee's purse before boarding). I was extremely by Bangkok Air this week. The service, professionalism and courtesy of every employee I interacted with combined with the great food and free lounge access that comes with every ticket and you have, in my opinion, one of the world's best airlines. No more air Asia for me!
