Do you do any specific core work such as yoga or pilates in any of this?

Knowing what your goals are is important to determine the types of exercises you do.
I'm a female, 41, small frame, but right now I'm 141 pounds at 5'4", so my primary goal is to lose 15-17 pounds.

Why work out (other than the weight issue)? For the health benefits, because I like to look good and I love good food. No marathon aspirations, though I'll periodically do 5-8K races for fun. I've done yoga over the years, but I'm not currently doing it. Down the road? Who knows.
