The extra problem for me is that the flight is between GRU and IAD/JFK...I understand this is an appauling route for turbulence....Is this generally the case? Like to have a nice friendly crew in these circumstances..
I must say from looking at various videos and reading trip reports, I prefer the look of UA's seat and IFE system.
Tough choice this one...very tough indeed....
My ORD-GRU flight was very calm all the way.
Worth mentioning that there's no guarantee you'll get the new UA F seat as only about 50% of the 777's have been refitted. Only certain routes have it most of the time and even then you can end up in the old seat. We were supposed to get old F and only a late aircraft change meant we got lucky.
