What are your goals? To run a marathon? To build biceps and a six pack abs? To get a lean healthy look?

Do you want to be a runner doing marathons? Or do you simply run as a form of general cardio exercise?

Do you want to strength train to build more muscle or do you simply want to maintaine and not lose what you already have?

Do you do any specific core work such as yoga or pilates in any of this?

Knowing what your goals are is important to determine the types of exercises you do.
