The reason I didn't hang up was because I had a representative consulting with a supervisor. And I was told they acknowledged what I was reading online but that Hyatt's policy had changed and it wasn't updated yet! I knew what I was reading and the rep read the same thing as me but stuck by the fact that Hyatt had new policies that were not reflected on the website....
Being the start of the new year I can see where there might be a policy change. So that is why I was trying to get clarification.
I do plan on calling back tomorrow and see if I get the same info..
