Well its been exactly 30 days since i rented. I was told initially to keep it weekly, then convert it to a monthly rental. After 30 days, the rental was going to $2500 month which no one in their right mind would pay. At the counter, they said the car had to be serviced. Then they now check the retiree codes, friends and family codes with a name in their system to see if the person really exists and links them to your rental. I wish i had known this before i trusted the asst manager and got suckered into paying the higher airport concession fees vs the off airport store.

So in short, hertz is checking all codes now to verify you qualify. Back to the old drawing board.
