So I called SPG and he contacted the hotel and was told no change allowed. He then transferred me to the hotel and she said the same thing. I was willing to settle for a credit on a future stay but she said they do not do credits. I may be allowed to pick new dates as a one-time courtesy but I have no idea at this time when I could make that trip.
