Updating this thread a little... I hit 75K at the end of December. Next week is my first flight post-moving up, and was booked pre-75K. Sure enough at T-5 days I didn't get an upgrade. I called and the res agent removed and added my number. I was immediately upgraded for the flight. We went through that process for all my other pre-75K reservations.

So, long story short, if you made status at the end of the year, be sure to manually update all your pre-status reservations.
