Best flight to get would be CO/UA's EWR-HNL nonstop since it operates with international C cabin seating. However, very unlikely you'll find any space now, let alone four seats in business. These are the most in-demand seats for awards by Americans. Still your best bet is to split up and find a UA/CO flight via ORD, SEA, DEN, IAH, SFO or LAX. UA metal will be domestic F. Only CO metal ex-IAH and the aforementioned EWR will be in true international style business class seats/cabins. Even AC only flies a domestic configured 767 on this route, so forget about pods. Given this choice, consider economy and try one of the US carriers because you won't pay the fuel surcharge. Or pay for this trip and save your AE miles for a true business class vacation to Europe, Asia or SAmerica.
