The thing I have always liked best about FlyerTalk is that it is so open and accepting of all who come this way. I am deeply saddened to see the venom with which this young woman has been attacked in what I have always considered a safe and civilized internet space.

Having met her, I can assure you that she is every bit as beautiful as her initial picture would indicate. She is also very bright and charming and I think she did a great job of standing up for herself while still maintaining her dignity.

In this instance, we know for sure tht danhammer53 was absolutely wrong in prejudging BellissimAA, which is not particularly surprising--prejudging based on assumptions is a very dangerous and faulty practice. Perhaps an apology is in order from him and from everyone else who participated in these attacks, which quite frankly come across sounding like they were prompted by the green eyed monster.

In the future, we would all be well advised to withhold judgment until after we actually meet the person in question. Then if we really don't like them, we can cleverly ignore them and spend our time with the people we really do like.
