I have a place near YQA, which is next to the Beaver Creek Jail in Gravenhurst - that airport has passenger charter services http://www.muskoka.on.ca/airport/index2.html . I drove to Ottawa from there and it is worth the drive and quite fast. If you are going to Huntsville then use highway 60 from Renfrew. If further south, then follow the country roads through Bancroft. You could also fly to North Bay and head south fairly easily - Just checked the AC web and there are good Jazz flights to YYB and the distance to Huntsville is only 125 km. So if you want to fly you can avoid a lot of traffic going the northern route.
