Maybe DHammer is busy? We don't all get the opportunity to check in here as often as we would like. I don't think you will find anyone that will agree with you that he is a "bully". He is a very well respected member of the Community who seems to go out of his way to help FT'rs.
And you may be right that posting a photo such as yours is not the way it is usually done. At least I have never seen it done in the time I have participated.
Nevertheless, I wish you well and hope that you can put the issue aside. I agree with the posters above who stated that your SEA hosts are indeed very generous in the time that they want to give you. Punki is delightful and a very busy gal. You would love getting to know her.
