Depends on your ticket class
I heard from another forum member trusted travel site that it depends on what you paid for the ticket, that is, what classification. Here is her experience after a 2 hr delay the other day:
"Volaris says " 30 min" policy and refund for next flight".. even the pilot said after he announced his apologies to everyone for being delayed. So they told us call back within 90 days and we refund you ....so here I go explaining by phone what had happened that day ..........and they tell me my reservation does NOT apply because I had purchased a "Want to save" ticket.
