OP, I guess you and I are the only ones here that have asked for a little love from UA

Not that I abused this, but before my wife got her 2P status a few years ago I called the 1K line a couple times to ask if they would put her in E+, which they did.

But I realize that times are changing (as well as our Airline) and guess that a little special treatment for my family is not going to happen anymore. I understand that they are not eligible for free E+, but when UA did those special things to take care of my wife I really appreciated it and try to show it with my continued business. But I get it, it's all about the nickle and dime things now with our newUA.
