Another problem at the Benjamin was the absence of an on-premisses exercize room. Instead, people were given passes to a gym that was, as I recall, a block or two away. Has that been fixed in the remodel?

Hi Richard and thanks for your feedback! We have installed all new thermostats with our renovation and they are not hooked up to sensors, I believe that issue will not come up, we have a full 100sq foot gym located on our third floor and I am not sure why we would have given you passes to another unless it was under renovation at the time. Our bathrooms have always been the same size (about 50 sq feet), they are all white marble throughout and we have installed all new fixtures in there as well.
