Just out of curiosity - why would you have both a SkyMiles and a Flying Blue account? There may be limited cases whereby it's worthwhile collecting in both schemes (i.e. for people that fly enough to easily gain status in both) but for most flyers, it's counter-intuitive to have more than one frequent flyer programme account in the same alliance.
Since September our friend jimd999 has started many threads concerning this trip LAX-CDG-FCO, so he deserves to have double credit.
More seriously, a few of my US friends took advantage of the free-for-all 2011 FB status match as they had status on UA or AA. So, they ended up with both a SM and FB account.
