Nope. But BA did as it was their fault I came in late. But the point is that the flight is not meant to leave till 910pm and they know they have 4 connecting business class pax's coming in (if they use their heads/computers they can even see we didn't have any luggage so we would have in fact made this flight) But fair enough the flight had to leave early but at least have a member of staff sticking around till the departure time to assist those in transit.

Then no one wanted to rebook me. BA was bouncing me off to IT and IT was shut. Their UK number wasn't working so I had to call international and wait 15 minutes for phone to be answered 4 times while I was being bounce about.
