The benefit clearly states traveler and one companion. It does not have any exception for children etc. If you want them all to sit in economy plus just pay the fee. You are a 1k you know the rules, play by them. Sorry but I have no sympathy for this.

After you get that corrected, they e-mail you your ticket and the names on both tickets are incorrect, resulting in another call to reservations, where the agent offers to sell your companion e+ after they are already sitting in E+.
