No, it's still more than 32", but less than it used to be. I found it quite uncomfortable since there's no place to slide your feet underneath the bulkhead. (I have large feet and long legs, which probably didn't help.) Also, you can't see the movie screen properly from the seats at the side of the cabin and there is no window in the row.
