I cannot point you to a right link, but I remember from MX bankruptcy, that when all oneWorld carriers revoked their interline agreements with MX, all tickets issued on MX 'stock' for travel on other carriers became invalid. Fortunately, I was left with only a few miles on my MX account and no tickets to use, but many people lost all their miles and already issued tickets (no refund as the airline went bankrupt).
Lessons learned - when LH announced BD sale to IAG (= BA + IB), I burned all the miles. I am just using my very last miles on F-class family vacation to Malaysia and Australia (reporting from LH SEN Lounge in FRA
).
