Booking BE Award Travel by comfort

I'm looking to book a pair of tickets this year to have a nice trip with my wife; we could go to lots of different places, and will have 130K (or more) miles each to use for the trip. I've considered a number of options... HNL, DUB, FCO and others, and they're all in this range.

However, if we're going to use this many miles to book an F/BE award trip, I want to make sure we're getting the maximum comfort we can get... F in a 757 is not really what I'm looking for (we did F on a 737 to St. Lucia last year and it was certainly better than Y, but nothing special).

So what I'd like to do is figure out some way to choose possible destinations first by looking at what equipment is used to get there, and what its F/BE cabin offers. Based on SeatGuru, obviously all 777s would be good, as would A330s. *Some* 767s look good: are these all '763' and '764' on the Delta flight schedules? Are there other equipment options worth considering?
