Are you flying Y or J? In Y, most seats on the 747s have a 34" pitch -- the same as on the A330. As usual, the bulkheads and especially some exit rows have a lot more space. The seating chart is located at

There are many different 767 configurations in the AC fleet. AC swaps aircraft frequently for operational reasons, so it is difficult to predict what you'll get in advance. If the aircraft is configured with domestic seating (2-2-2 in the J cabin), avoid the front Y cabin if you are concerned about legroom.
