In that case, the next stop was where the scrote (as you so eloquently put it
) wanted to get off, and it is estimated it'd have taken an hour for the transport police to get there.
So, the only option would have been for the train to stay where it was, backing up all those behind it and causing havoc for hundreds (or potentially thousands, since it was at Christmas) of people.
Morally, getting thrown off the train was the right thing to happen. I hope the legal outcome matches that.
