Surely this is a genuine travel requirement which has got nothing to do with nesting tickets. Unless the OP does this all the time, and can explainthe situation if BA wants to investigate I would be surprised if they took any action, especially since one trip is private while the other one is work related. Perhaps putting them on different credit cards, or booking in different ways (corporate travel agents, versus direct ba.com) might help?
