The drunkest pax I've ever seen was on a ship (back when I was consulting for ships and integrating medical info). Pax had been turned down at the bar then went back to her stateroom to drink from a fifth (this was before they started confiscating booze upon re-boarding and, frankly, one reason why they do it). Was airlifted off from the ship between the Bahamas and the Florida coast with a blood alcohol level of 0.4. Not a typo; pax was comatose. Also? 22 yo.

Always wondered what happened to her life after that.

So, in that sense, I've seen worse, but not seen people interfere with the safety briefings. Lucky, I guess.
