Agreed for flights operated by that carrier, but what about codeshares? i.e. what about a DL coded KL operated sold as a DL T fare? So, it is easy to confirm that the KL flight number is in the eligible range, but what about the corresponding KL fare class? Do you have an easy way of finding that out?

For KLM in particular, it says
To qualify for mileage accrual, flights must be marketed by KLM and must also fall within the eligible flight number range.
So, a DL coded KL flight would not qualify.
However, if DL has listed that particular flight in their own Eligible Flight number range ... we could credit it as a DL flight.
