AA runs mainline jets between BNA and LAX. Is that really the
only destination from BNA that gets full-size planes on any of the legacies?
Now, I can imagine that
some of the legacies may be RJ-only from BNA. I'm
originating out of LAX (that's how I know about LAX-BNA flights on AA), so I don't know about any other destinations served from BNA.
However, I do know that in Huntsville (HSV), AA runs full size jets to DFW while UA, CO, and DL only runs RJs to whichever hubs they fly to. (Southwest itself doesn't fly there but Airtran does, but only to Orlando and Baltimore AFAIK. I dunno what Southwest's future in HSV might be once Airtran is integrated.)
