I posted a couple of weeks ago about outbound flight LAX-TLV and how awful the flight crew was. However I want to be just as quick to post about a positive experience on the return flight. The FA's were 10 times better on the short hop from TLV-IST and even better on the long haul from IST-LAX. we had the bulkhead Y class and whereas on the outbound long haul flight the FA would not let my son lie down on the floor to sleep, on the return flight they had no problem with it and he got to sleep for 6 hours.

The chef came out and personally gave my kids chocolates. 1 FA was playing with my 18 month old and made him feel at ease.
We also lost a cell phone on the plane and once the plane landed and everyone debarked they had a flight engineer come and actually rip our seats out of the floor and they located the phone in the floorboard (no idea how it got there).

Completely different experience from the outbound flight.
