I wouldn't advise doing it, all you need is the slightest delay whether it be in arrival, Immigration or departure process then you will need to stay in RAK for 2 possibly 3 nights.
Why not make a weekend of it? You can probably get some great flight + 3 night hotel deals, would be great for some winter sunshine!
