With a lot of perseverance! If it's a 77W/388 flight then you can only get availability by calling the BD call centre - see the thread at http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/bmi-d...l#post17751044 - sometimes you'll be lucky, sometimes not. For non-77W/388 flights I was able to see availability with ANA.
