As mentioned, there was a seat sale a few weeks ago where business class tickets went for the economy award rate. But can you be more specific about where in Italy, how long and when in the summer? I just put in July 17 and 25 (at random) and got six options in business and three in F/C. Unfortunately nonstop is not available but a connection through CPH or ZRH is. Even find lots of LX (Swiss) business which is a pretty good product.
