Seat requests on SQ & TG for redemption booking
Hi folks

Just made a successful redemption (KUL-SIN-SYD-AKL/AKL-SYD-BKK-SIN).

Received the booking confirmation email from the ICC and from looking on CMT can see an eTicket number OK and also the individual confirmation numbers for each airline, so it all seems to have ticketed OK.

However when I try them I found the following...
- SQ - refuses to even recognise the confirmation number (either the overall one or the SQ one) - just displays a 'loading' graphic then goes back to the same page, no error displayed just doesn't do anything!

- NZ - worked perfectly, able to login using NZ confirmation number and select seats for both flights.

- TG - first option on their website didn't recognise it but 2nd one ('ALL TG bookings') pulled up all the flight details fine but didn't have anywhere that you could change it!

Anyone have any luck with SQ/TG on redemption bookings?
