Interesting BBB who do you call? Don't say Ghostbusters!!

Have a J LHR-MIA and then MIA-BOS-LHR in April. MIA-BOS is BA codeshare cannot get an AA booking ref to change on aa.com and ba.com will not allow change of seats. Currently sat in 6E/F last row of biz so would prefer to move forwards.
