My mother is scared of flying. We always, so far, have had a crew who have managed to look after her. Which is a great help to us and makes things easier. I know sometimes the crew service can be intermittent, but I am sure 99% of the crew are there if needed.

I presume that you have skype set up on your computers so you can talk to your family.
