Inner Circle is definitely worth it. Would be worth more if they had more Kimptons around the country, and Canada. But then, they'd probably make it harder to get free nights.
The best perk is the upgrade. For example, at the Prescott in San Francisco, if you've booked a regular room, which is kind of yucky, you'll get upgraded to the club level, which is much nicer, and comes with a decent continental breakfast.
Also, they ask you for your likes and preferences. And they'll try hard to accommodate those in your welcome gift. I've had a goldfish in a bowl, a mango, fruit plates, exotic chocolate confections, etc., waiting for me when I entered my room on various occasions.
The VIP phone line is actually shared by all intouch members, so I don't think there are any other perks.
