http://farecompa.re/mWQY0T is a feature that we no longer support. You can start your search and get limited information regarding PPM and fare rules on that page, but the flight search functionality does not work.
We regret any inconvenience. This tool is among many that are being upgraded - we will pass your comments on to our Product team.

Seems to me they've been phasing it out for awhile, and just like before their answer is 'due to upgrades'
