I would only Y it if really necessary - definately a route for F although as others have pointed out much better even in J via LAX or SFO on a 762

There are lots of flights out of D gate early in the morning and lines can be huge. After 8 pm, things are much quieter--sometimes fewer pax in the security area than tsa agents.
