Rule # 1, No one ever knows the real story except the people involved and their versions of what happened...

First of all, I'd drop it because life is too short for petty stuff like that... Just because they got to enjoy the IFL then suffered a 15 hour flight in E- would even out the karma I'd say...Now if the person was creating a disruption in the IFL then I'd say yeah go send UA an e-mail and get some people fired or disciplined left and right...

Second of all, you'd get Agents in trouble system-wide for going "above and beyond" during the Holidays. What if the NRSA had a paid United Club Membership? So you see NRSAs in the UAC and you automatically assume that they are "abusing their flight benefits & privileges" and you prematurely complain to United and they decide to either discipline or terminate the employee over something legitimately done...

Now the IFL can be a bit iffy since obviously it's for the Paid International First Class Customers but we know some FTers on here that legitimately book tickets to access the IFL then has a change of plans at some point...should it be our responsibility to report them to UA Management for the "theft of services"...
