Now, this bothers me. IFLs should be for Paid/Award F passengers only and this person was not only a non-rev, but flew in E- for the flight. Would you drop an email to United letting them know or would you look the other way?



I'd report it, if it was the RCC I'd let it slip, but the IFL....
