If you knew employees were breaking rules for a non-rev friend, would you do anything
Here's the situation. I'm friends with someone on Facebook who posts a lot of pictures from their non-rev travel. Recently, they put up photos of a UA Hub's IFL (keeping this as vague as possible). I asked how they got access and they said "it's because I know xxx airport management".
Now, this bothers me. IFLs should be for Paid/Award F passengers only and this person was not only a non-rev, but flew in E- for the flight. Would you drop an email to United letting them know or would you look the other way?
