Parts of the Marina Bay Sands is definitely the best hotel in Singapore -- far better than the RC or Fullerton Bay, etc. But only the top few floors, say 50 up, which are run separately from the rest of the hotel and hard to get into. All of the architecture is stunning -- truly world class, and showing the USD 5 billion+ cost, and about 5% of the hotel is luxurious (top 10 in the world) while the rest is a fine convention hotel as you would expect with 2500 rooms. Much better than I expected.
