Where ianal, what pray tell does it mean when someone is "cited". Arrested? Given a ticket? Told you've been a bad Assemblyman?

Now, I call a Baloney Sandwich on rye on this statement

Donnelly says in a statement that he forgot to remove the gun from his bag.
Also, good on the TSO who caught it ^ but something tells me that the TSA and or Blogger Bob ain't gonna have this show up as a big catch on either the TSA website or the TSA Blog...
