Haven't flown in over a month but in the latter half of 2011 I got 11B multiple times with BPs ranging from B31 to C17. It is amazing how long that one will stay open if the FA positions themselves in the exit row rather than a row or two back. Yet another reason why I can't fathom anyone wasting money on EBCI or any fare bucket higher than WGA.
The FA will move if you ask them. I had A28 and got 11C because nobody had gone back that far and this was on a SEA-PHX flight (flight was 2.5 hours -- not exactly a short flight).
