I only have status with delta and try to exclusively fly them. My employer is on board with me buying tickets if they are reasonably around the lowest fare on Delta.

I'm sure they appreciate the savings on SDC and various other medallion benefits if my travel plans change.

I'm just wondering if any of you have presented an argument of WHY you should fly delta if it isn't the cheapest or shortest flight.
