Emphasis on "at the right time" and "can be had." Well, I stayed at aloft, Athenee and Westin in the same week and both the latter cost about 2x as much as Aloft.
Furthermore, I understand that after Aloft's opening promo expires, their regular rate will probably increase by only THB500
