I wonder where you found great beaches in SIN
As mentioned in other replies, SGN is not a great hub, so your idea would be hard in practice. There used to be a direct SGN-HKT, but it's been discontinued and you've been there already. There also used to be a direct DAD-BKK flight but it's been cancelled too.
The closest I can think of a place not too far, with direct flights from SGN and to BKK, with beaches and where you've not been yet is HKG. If you thought that SIN qualified for great beaches, then maybe you would be OK with that too
Otherwise, follow the advise in other replies and make a connection somewhere.
