Ciao Luigi...I presume you're still Platinum with AA? Would you be buying the upgrades or are they earned? If buying I would say no.

If using earned upgrades or using miles, I would say no to the 7:05am flight, since it's a 737 and only serving breakfast (5 hrs is a long flight to have only the small breakfast that AA serves until you arrive). The 10:55am flight is on a 757. If using earned miles I would say probably (meal is snack/lunch if that matters to you), mileage upgrade no. IFE is the regular deal, no tablets or PED. Blankets and pillows are smaller and though not the 'felt' ones, more like a maroon colored sarape.

Flights from SEA, SAN, SEA, LAS to JFK are not Flagship or the enhanced service and amenities that one would get from LAX or SFO to JFK, thus the comparison is not really close, if you were going to compare.

"Worth it" is a subjecting thing around here. We each have our own values and some live beyond their means, others find a happy balance, and some even have a budgeted and strict mindset in regards to travel and spending. Hopefully you'll let us know what you choose to do.
