SDF, Louisville
BNA, Nashville
CVG, Cincinnati
BDL, Hartford
MSY, New Orleans
and of course ORD, Chicago O'hare. (Originally Orchard Field, if you are wondering.)

There are many more. These are the ones that came up to the top of my memory late in the evening.
