I am sure UA has hired a lot of IT brains to figure out this problem, and just like Y2K, March may just slide by with few hiccups, but still I'd love to hear some real solid assurances that the old tech is being "upgraded" or something to that effect...
And I am sure the CO IT guys have done the necessary capacity planning. I am worrying about much bigger elephants than this.
